Junior Masterchef

Junior Masterchef is a new 13 part half hour series for BBC1 that will give budding 9 to 12 year old cooks the chance to be the first Junior champion. The judges are Masterchef judge and top restaurateur, John Torode, and Celebrity Masterchef champion and cookbook writer, Nadia Sawalha. The Junior MC contestants will be cooking food that they think the judges will find the most delicious - it might be a roast, a curry, a sandwich or a milkshake. At the end of the day the most delicious food will win! To get to the finals the children have to win their heat, make it through their quarter final to the last four, before they face some exciting semi final cooking challenges and the Final Cook off. Only one will be crowned Junior Masterchef Champion 2010.
